Bot manager
The Discord bot: what it checks, where it posts, and what it has sent.
About this page
The bot is a separate program with its own settings. Nothing on this page is stored by the panel: the bot is asked every time, because two copies of a setting is how they end up disagreeing.
The Run now buttons can only ask the bot to look at something and post the result. The bot enforces that list on its own side; it can also restart services and purge channels, and none of that is reachable from here.
The bot keeps its log itself, so it reads the same here wherever the bot runs, whether or not that machine has a system journal to look in.
Scheduled checks
These are the bot's own loops, not the panel's alert rules. Turning one off stops the bot posting it; the panel keeps watching regardless.
Run now
Each of these makes the bot look at something and post the result.
Muted in Discord
Silenced with the button under an alert. These are still firing — muting a notification and resolving a problem are different things.
Announcements
Posted to the announcements channel under your name, and the whole text goes into the audit log.
Where things go
Blank means the bot uses the channel it was built with.
